The tRain Garden Model will act as a guiding principle for all green skill development that will occur in tRain Garden. By following this simple concept, based on the anatomy of a rain garden, and its role in reducing flooding in urban areas, tRain Garden will support jobseekers by guiding them towards developing new knowledge, skills and competencies, and allowing their new abilities to be utilised by the growing green economy.

Our Green Skills Training brand, based off of the 'tRain Garden Model', offers a wide range of opportunities with grassroots/community organisations, that can support and guide volunteers with learning about circular economies, biodiversity and habitat management, connecting with their local communities, developing soft/hard skills, and receiving certification that can support them in gaining future employment in the green economy.

Recruitment
Our Environmental Recruitment service provides a list of skilled workers who have travelled through the Greenerprise programme, and have achieved key experience, soft and hard skills that make them hard working, diligent, and capable staff members. Through the 'tRain Garden portal, employers in need of new staff members can peruse a large list of skilled people, and see their abilities, skillsets, and previous work experience inside and outside the programme, and make direct contact with these people to discuss their prospects.
